Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from haruloba.com. The shop is run by Haruloba, a sole trader based in Ulverston, Cumbria. Please read them before ordering.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for instance if an item is no longer available or we cannot post to your address, and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these purchases. Postage is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We may change prices, but never after you have placed an order.

The artwork

Everything sold here is our own original artwork, reproduced as prints and stickers. Colours vary a little between screens and paper, and prints are made and packed by hand, so small variations are part of the object rather than a fault.

Copyright

The artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to Haruloba. Buying a print or sticker gives you the item, not the rights to the image: please do not reproduce, resell or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

Delivery and returns

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as postal disruption, though we will always help put things right.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts.
