Refund policy
This policy applies to orders placed at haruloba.com. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, for any reason and without giving one. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
To cancel, email hello@haruloba.com with your order number. A clear statement that you are cancelling is enough.
Returns
Items must come back unused and in the condition you received them, with any backing board or packaging that protected them. Prints and stickers are easily creased, so please post them flat and protected.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items you have changed your mind about, and for them reaching us, so please keep your proof of postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we will refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used. That includes the standard postage you originally paid. Where only part of an order is returned, we refund the items rather than the postage.
Where we have agreed a refund without a return, for something damaged in the post say, we will refund within 14 days of agreeing it.
Damaged or lost in the post
Everything is packed by hand and sent by Royal Mail, and just occasionally something is damaged or does not arrive. Email hello@haruloba.com with your order number and, if it is damaged, a photo. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before treating UK post as lost, as Royal Mail does not consider it missing before then.
The one exception is an order that could not be delivered because the address given at checkout was wrong or incomplete, or that was returned to us uncollected. We will gladly send it again, but the postage for doing so is payable by you.
