Where we post to

We currently post within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and would like something, email hello@haruloba.com and we will see what we can do.

Postage costs

• £1.50 for orders of stickers only, sent as a standard letter.
• £3.50 for any order including a print, sent board-backed as a large letter.

Postage is added at checkout and is not included in the item prices.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and posted by hand from Ulverston, Cumbria, usually within 3 to 5 working days. You will get an email when your order is on its way.

Royal Mail then typically takes a further 2 to 3 working days, though it can be longer at busy times of year.

Tracking

Most orders travel as ordinary letter post, which is not tracked. If you need a tracked service, email hello@haruloba.com before ordering and we will arrange it.

If something does not arrive

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before treating an item as lost, as Royal Mail does not consider UK post missing any earlier. After that, email hello@haruloba.com and we will replace it or refund you.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot recover an order sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.
